Shipping policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We ship either using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS (United Parcel Service)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Continental United States
For these types of addresses our rates are:
Standard: 3-5 business days - $6.95
Expedited: 2 business days - $8.95
Overnight: 1-2 business days - $30.95
Orders of $100 or more - shipping is free

Non-Continental United States
This includes Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands. For these types of addresses customers will be shown a selection of delivery options and may choose what meets their needs and will be charged based on their selection.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Beyond Max Supplements & Nutrition ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Orders
Beyond Max Supplements & Nutrition ships to addresses outside the U.S. and U.S. Territories. For these types of addresses our rates customers will be shown a selection of delivery options and may choose what meets their needs and will be charged based on their selection.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Beyond Max Supplements & Nutrition is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Beyond Max Supplements & Nutrition is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
